Meet Jocelyn
Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach

As a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, my goal to to spearhead a "Health is Wealth" movement that would bring awareness of the importance of balancing primary foods such as career, relationships, physical exercise, and spirituality.
These are the components that sustain our lives, and when they are in balance and harmony, we can make better dietary choices, which we term secondary foods. Naturally when in high stress situations we turn to high palatable foods such as ice cream, cookies, chips or pizza. In Integrative Nutrition if we can balance the stressors in a person's life the better chance at having a sustainable diet and lifestyle.
I provide guidance, accountability, and encouragement as a coach; I do not design nutrition or exercise programs, nor do I offer therapy. I support customers in determining which meals and lifestyle habits are most beneficial to them by developing strategies and holding them accountable to their personal health and wellness goals. I also share my integrative nutrition expertise with clients that will prevent auto-immune diseases such as diabetes, arthritis, and celiac disease. This holistic approach will help to heal the body of diseases, reduce stress, increase mental clarity, energy and productivity. Your HEALTH often determines the productivity and WEALTH in your home, workplace or business.

Although I am trained to serve all populations, my niche is to serve busy women and entrepreneurs who need support and guidance towards a healthier lifestyle. Their bottom-line (profits) and productivity can be attributed to sustainable healthy living.
VISION: Healthy happy people in Fresno County, California, the Nation and ultimately the world that achieve financial success by maintaining and balancing a sustainable and healthy lifestyle.
MISSION: The mission is to provide powerful health coaching which yields immediate lifestyle transformations through online training, workshops, conferences, seminars, group training, and/or 1-1 coaching.
